How To Cancel A Booking And Get A Refund

- Go to Bookings, then Upcoming, and open the booking.
- Click on Cancel booking.
- Read the Before you cancel notice.
- Under Why are you cancelling?, select a reason: Change of plans, Found another barber, Price, Barber unavailable, or Other.
- Optionally, add more details in Optional note.
- Click on Cancel booking. Click on Keep my booking to go back without cancelling.
- On Booking cancelled, check the Refund summary (service refund and wallet credit).
- Click on Find another barber to rebook, or View my booking
